ch444 Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

By accessing or using the ch444 platform you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between ch444 and all users of the platform.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the ch444 platform. By registering or creating an account on the platform you accept these terms.

These terms are written in English and apply to players in Bangladesh. ch444 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements apply to opening an account and participating in gaming activities on ch444:

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to verify it.
• The user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• The user is participating in gaming voluntarily and is not under any compulsion.
• The user is not on any banned list for online gaming.

We may request a national identity card or other identity documents for age verification at any time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration and Verification

When creating an account on ch444 you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3.1 Information Required for Registration

• Email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method details

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to ch444 immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

We may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process when certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds are exceeded. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ch444 is ৳100. The following payment methods are accepted for all deposits:

• Bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami and Sonali Bank)

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests may go through our verification steps before being processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be held if multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected.
• Additional verification may be requested for suspicious transactions.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The prevailing exchange rate will apply to any transactions involving foreign currency.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ch444 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following terms apply when accepting this bonus:

• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are also subject to the wagering requirement.

5.2 Other Promotions

ch444 runs various promotional offers, cashback deals and special tournaments from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms which will be stated when the offer is published.

5.3 VIP Program

The ch444 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Higher tiers are reached through regular play and come with increasing weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected, including claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or following any bonus-targeting betting strategy, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may also be closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the ch444 platform are conducted fairly and impartially. If any result is determined due to a fault in the gaming software or a technical issue, that result will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Betting Limits

Specific betting limits apply to each game or sports event. ch444 may change these limits at any time. ch444 reserves the right to verify or approve bets, particularly for high-value wagers.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports, bets will be settled only after the official result of the event is announced. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with ch444 policy.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection or device problems, the bet will be settled according to the data stored on the ch444 server. This decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ch444 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Following a planned betting strategy for the purpose of collecting bonus funds.
• Using hacking, bots or any automated system on the software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Colluding with other users during play.
• Attempting unauthorized access to ch444 systems.
• Managing funds through a third party.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information you provide on the ch444 platform is protected by SSL encryption. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, however information may be shared in the following cases:

• With government or regulatory bodies to meet legal obligations.

9 Limitation of Liability

ch444 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Financial loss caused by the user's internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by technical problems with the user's own device.
• Faults in games or services provided by third-party providers.
• Service disruption during unplanned server maintenance.
• Loss resulting from the user's negligent disclosure of account information.

ch444 is committed to providing reliable and uninterrupted service at all times, however service disruptions may occasionally occur due to technical limitations. In such cases we make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10 Changes to Terms

ch444 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• The revised terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will change.
• A notification may be sent to the registered email address for significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree with a change, you may request closure of your account.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be settled before the account is closed.

11.2 Account Closure by ch444

ch444 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If evidence of providing false information or identity fraud is found.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• If required to follow directives from law enforcement agencies.

12 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The applicable legal framework has been followed in forming and enforcing these terms and conditions. If any dispute arises between ch444 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through friendly discussion.
